Study on moisture content of blackberry pollen and its storage characteristics.

Silica gel was used for the drying of blackberry pollen.It was found that the moisture content of blackberry pollen decreased to 14.13%,and its viability reduced to 39.16% after 4 hours’drying.Storability of blackberry pollen was the best under this condition.The pollen still retained the viability of 20.35% after 120 days’storage at-20 ℃.
