Primena savremenih metaheurističkih algoritama u optimizaciji tehnoloških procesa izrade proizvoda

2019
Process planning, or in other sense, technological preparation of production, is an activity whose challenge is to meet design requirements on one side, and technological requirements of production on the other side, thereby forming „the bridge“ between product design and manufacturing. This paper emphasizes the technoeconomical optimization of process plans, particularly the optimization of manufacturing time. Taking into account the complexity of process planning, the optimization of process planning is reduced to two basic tasks: determining the optimal operation sequence and selecting the appropriate manufacturing resources, such as machines, tools and tool approach directions. In order to obtain quality solutions, these optimization problems require the implementa-tion of so called metaheuristic algorithms. These methods have proven to be very efficient optimization techniques. Given their diverse character and wide application, modern metaheuristics will be considered here, particularly grey wolf optimizer, whale optimization algorithm and crow search algorithm. They are employed for two selected case studies from the literature and the obtained results are compared and shown in tables.
