The ASERA Ltd Space Engineering Program - a Progress Report

Since ASERA was formed in August 1990, a number of technical projects have commenced. These include a vigorous sounding rocket program, the development of a space-qualified near-infra-red imaging system, and the development of a microsatellite. The program has participants from universities, research organisations, and industry, representing most Australian states. Further participation is not only welcome, but crucial to establishing an active R&D base to advance Australian space science and engineering and to support future Australian aerospace industry activities.
