The paper introduced that took the white piper as raw materials,by the device of the supercritical fluid extract,with the methods of Orthogonal and Combinatorial Design of Quadratic regression of three factors.The paper took the best extract condition,the time is 105 min,the temperature is 60 ℃ and the pressure is 47 MPa.
