The data center device is connected with the service center device; the data center device is used for receiving and analyzing medical documents so as to obtain medical data and is used for storing the medical data in a database; and the service center device is used for receiving a medical service information acquiring request which is sent by a client, acquiring medical data according to the medical service information acquiring request, generating medical service information according to the acquired medical data and sending the medical service information to the client and sending booking information to a medical mechanism according to feedback information from the client. According to the invention, patients can conveniently know registration source conditions of medical mechanisms through a network and can carry out a registration operation at corresponding medical mechanisms through the network; and thus, on one hand, the patients can finish reserved registration operation at the corresponding medical mechanisms by staying indoors, and on the other hand, the portability and the efficiency for the patients to register and see doctors can be enhanced.
