Synthesis and Crystal Srtucture of Cd(II) Metal-Organic Coordination Polymer with 1D Chain Structure

2011
A new Metal-Organic coordination polymer [Cd(C6H5N2O4)(C10H8N2)] was synthesized and characterized by Element analysis and X-ray diffraction.The title compound crystallized in Orthogonal system,space group Pbca,a=1.052 75(5) nm,b=1.528 02(8) nm,c= 1.973 83(10) nm,α= β=γ=90°,V=317.51(8) nm,Z= 8,Dc=1.827 g·cm-3,μ= 1.406 mm-1,F(000) =1 728,R= 0.0274,wR=0.0634.It is composed of Cd(II),two 2-methyl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic-acid and one 2,2′-bipyridine molecule,in which two Cd(II) central metal ions connect with different carboxyl group of the same 2-methyl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylicacid ligand to form a Cd(Ⅱ) Metal-Organic coordination polymer with 1D chain structure.
