Designing a module uisnf continuous feedback: a ten year reflection.

2018
This case study will provide an example of how a final year undergraduate module has developed over the past ten years to incorporate continuous feedback.  Rather than simply having feedback following the submission of the summative assessment, this module has designed the learning sessions, content and assessment approach around continuous feedback. The assessment instrument, which in this example is an individual case study report, has been used as the framework to structure the weekly learning sessions. The use of case study group activities enable students to collectively receive feedback from each other, under the lecturer’s guidance.  This case study shares an approach used not only in the UK but also at TNE partners and will provide evidence from both using video clips from the lecturers and students as data sources.
