Free energy calculation and its application in bio-complex system

In this work, we reviewed the free energy calculation methods used in computational science. The theoretical base and the feature of the free energy calculation methods were summarized. Its expected that this work could help the new comers select proper method for their personal systems when they calculate free energy data.
