Role of Financial Services and Real Estate Management - towards a New Value Chain : Exploratory Research Findings

This paper aims at focusing the role of financial services and of Real Estate Management within the Real Estate Industry and suggests some useful paths for the definition of a new value chain better tied to the evolutionary profiles of the sector. By means of an exploratory and systematic research methodology, this work proposes to conceptualize a model directed towards value creation highlighting the role of financial services and the growing importance assumed by integrated services (asset, property and facility management) in the Real Estate’s value chain evolution.
