Design of Bipolar Independent Adjustable Pulse of MAO Power System

In order to solve the problems of low power efficiency and high energy consumption in power technology of micro-arc oxidation, a bipolar individually adjustable pulse power system based on the processor STM32F427IIH6 is proposed, and the hardware circuit design is completed. The main circuit adopts the design way of positive and negative individually adjustable circuit; the STM32F427IIH6 processor in the control circuit is responsible for the information detection and data processing of the voltage and current acquisition data, and controls the output of PWM signal in real time by PID adjustment to drive the main circuit rectification and inverter circuit, the purpose is to realize double closed-loop intelligent control. After an actual analysis, the system has the design effects of fast response, high control accuracy, and stable output of positive and negative pulse.
