Design and Performance Analysis Based on High-Speed Switching Valve of Magnetorheological Plug-Mounted

Based on the rheological mechanism of magnetorheological fluid，we can design a kind of magnetorheological high-speed on-off valves,which used the Plug-in structure.It is shows that， through the static and dynamic performance analysis of the valves，the magnetorheological high-speed on-off valves not only has the good static, dynamic characteristics, compare to magnetorheological plug-mounted speed switch valve with traditional hydraulic, and with high speed of response, high stability, etc . It is an easy to achieve automatic control and intelligent control of the hydraulic components.
