Hourly variation ofwaterquality intheHwangsan- doseaareawashigh. Thehighest andlowest concentrations of salinity, DO,pH,Temp,TN,TPandCOD wereshowntwotimes inthe24hours. Thecorrelation coefficient ofsalinity andCOD was-0.83, salinity andTN -0.73, salinity andTP-0.75. Whenthe salinity waslow,COD,TN andTPwerehigh. Therefore organic matter andnutrient arecominginto theIncheon coast seafrom Han-river fresh waterduring ebbtide. Salinity washighatflood tidebutlowatebbtideinShiwha-ho seaarea.COD wasnot specifically varied bythechange ofsalinity, butTN andTPwas highatebbtideandlowatflood tidecontrary tosalinity in Shiwha-ho seaarea.COD,TN,TP andsalinity werenot particularly varied bythechange oftidal movementinPalmi-do seaarea,because itisrelatively located farfromthecoast.
