MEMS Turbine Based Triboelectric Generator with Compound Sequential Current Spikes

This paper presents the novel concept of a MEMS turbine based triboelectric generator with compound sequential current spikes. Parametric analysis is carried out using ANSYS software, and 60% overlap ratio and 0~200μm gap range are chosen. Signal processing method of compounding five current waveforms at a given time delay is calculated. Steady sequential current is achieved when t d =2.5ms, which is beneficial to rectifying but decreases the normalized output power.
