Research on Computer Aided Forming Process Design of Composed Material Structure

The paper described the system of Computer Aided Design of forming process in the Knowledge-Based System of Composed Material Structure.It's to solve the current problems which are complicated and difficult to share useful data and successful experiences for the processing engineers.A characteristic-based reasoning method was applied to the case module for searching the similar cases and production rule was applied to this system for deciding processing routine.This system total includes material management, mould management, process parameters management and process route deciding.The system was developed by object oriented programming technique and component techniques.
