Fahrgastinformation in Echtzeit und über Ländergrenzen hinweg - INSA ermöglicht verkehrsträger- und unternehmensübergreifende Fahrplanauskünfte / Cross border real-time passenger information

INSA, bekannt als die Fahrplanauskunft fur das Land Sachsen-Anhalt und den mitteldeutschen Verkehrsverbund (MDV), ist mehr als eine Fahrplanauskunft. INSA ist ein Synonym fur eine ganze Reihe von Systemen, die zur Gewinnung beziehungsweise Sammlung von Echtzeitdaten fur die Prognose von Abfahrten notwendig sind. Neben der eigentlichen Fahrplanauskunft mit Tarifauskunft gehoren zur INSA-Familie auch ein Smart-ITCS, eine VDV-Datendrehscheibe und ein Informationsmanager fur die Erfassung von Zusatzinformationen sowie diverse Schnittstellen. INSA ist auch der Datenbereitsteller fur viele dynamische Fahrgastinformationsanzeiger sowie Hintergrundsystem fur Fahrplan-Apps, Online-Ticketing und E-Ticketing-Systeme. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: INSA, known as the journey planner for the state of Saxony-Anhalt and the MDV Transport Authorities provides more than timetable information. INSA is a synonym for a whole range of systems, which are necessary for the collection of real-time data and therefore the prognosis of departures. Apart from the actual timetable information including tariff in-formation, INSA also includes Smart-AVM (an Automatic Vehicle Monitoring and Control System) as well as a VDV-data hub, various interfaces and an information manager in order to collect supplementary information. INSA is the data provider for many dynamic passenger information displays and background system for journey planner apps and online ticketing and e-ticketing systems. (A)
