Map-matching Method Based on Zero-speed Points in Floating Car Data

There are many 0 km/h speed stop points in the floating car data(FCD).Since true courses are not reliable at the zero-speed points,the point-based map-matching algorithm,which uses true courses as key parameters,cannot be effectively applied.The conditions of the zero-speed points are analyzed,and a new map matching method is described.The zero-speed points of queuing with cross-road are extracted and the bad zero points are eliminated.Moreover,the no-zero speed points in same line are compared with zero-speed points calculated by the last step to verify the matching result.
