Design of integrated electromechanical experimental device of transporting and subpackage

As mechanical engineering students, the knowledge we learned in class is only the theory that can not be used in time. Thus, the specific operating principle and state can not be experience clearly. In order to solve the problem, a kind of experimental equipment this text comments is designed for the course called electromechanical transmission in mechanical major. The experimental equipment contains both mechanical structure and control system with the function that divided a tank of water into several parts and distributes each part to a small size container. Its mechanical structure contains telescopic rails, worm motor, racks, pinions and so on. Control system contained relays, travel switches and solenoids. When it worked, it took the water to a container on the guide rail firstly. Then it controlled motor to drive pinons and racks. To convey, moved the container at a proper position to retractable guide rail. Under the control of a travel switch, the electromagnetic valve was opened. Then, poured water to small container into turntable. When the small container had been filled up with water, made container returned along the same route. At the same time, turntable revolves and the next small empty container was waiting for being filled. The experimental device show the usage of transmission of racks and pinions, travel switch and the time relay controls. It was vivid and had a practical value of teaching.
