Controller of brushless DC (direct current) motor with no position sensor for vacuum cleaner

2014
Provided is a controller of a brushless DC (direct current) motor with no position sensor for a vacuum cleaner. The reliability of a system is reduced when a conventional vacuum cleaner is applied to a severe work environment. The controller of the brushless DC motor with no position sensor for the vacuum cleaner includes a housing, wherein an ST7 single-chip microcomputer is disposed in the housing; six paths of PWM signals, which are sent out by the ST7 single-chip microcomputer, are connected with a power switch tube through an IR2110 power amplifier; a brushless motor system is composed of the ST7 single-chip microcomputer, a peripheral control circuit, an IR2110 drive circuit and an IGBT inverter circuit. The controller of the brushless DC motor with no position sensor for the vacuum cleaner is applied to motor drive control.
