Design of Embedded Annunciator with Global Position System

The paper concerns the design and implementation of embedded Annunciator with GPS.This system uses UP- NETARM300 develop platform with GPS module and GSM module. The Annunciator' s main character is that the change of space- time can cause alarm and the parameter of space- time can be part of alarm information.Alarm information is transferred to the proxy server or the owner by GSM module, then they carry on corresponding operation based on the received alarm information.
