The study of s-d exchange interaction in ZnFeSe semimagnetic semiconductor

Abstract The magnetoreflectivity and magnetic susceptibility was measured in Zn 1−x Fe x Se (x 2+ localized electrons. The exchange integrals are estimated for the first time for this iron-type material: N o α =0.22eV and N o β =−1.57eV.
