The Board took the following actions: • Unanimously approved and adopted the August 25, 2011 meeting minutes; • Unanimously approved the proposed FY 2012 Amended and FY 2013 budget proposal as presented by the Department to be transmitted to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget; • Unanimously approved rescinding the Copayments for Medicaid and New Copayments for PeachCare for Kids® Members Public Notice and Proposed Copayment Schedule previously approved for initial adoption at the July 14, 2011 meeting; and • Unanimously approved for initial adoption a new Copayments for Medicaid and New Copayments for PeachCare for Kids® Members Public Notice and Proposed Copayment Schedule to be published for public comment.
