In the modern Japan, especially after the World War II, mostly the company top executives, used to follow the traditional Bushido Ideals of dedication, commitment and leadership. The strong adherence, to Bushido ideals, had made Japanese mode of capitalism a unique system in the world, delivering excellence and perfections in everything that they did. The hierarchy-less command structures, of Japanese business systems, made the business enterprises to function as one unit.
