Overview of Radar Networking by MOC, Japan and its Data Dissemination System (FRICS)

The present report briefly introduces the radar networking of the Ministry of Construction (MOC) in Japan, the radar system which provides radar rain gauge data within MOC and FRICS which supplies radar rain gauge data to prefectures and local municipalities.
