NEW MATERIAL: A compound of formula I {R 1 is H, a halogen, an alkyl or the like; Ar is phenyl, naphthyl, puyridyl or the like; p is 0-2; X is a valence bond, R 2 is H, Z is a valence bond and R 2 or 2- or 4-pyridyl or the like, Z is a 1-4C alkylene, R 2 is 2-, 3- or 4-pyridyl or the like; and Z is a 1-4C alkyl and R 2 is -N(R 3 )R 4 [R 3 and R 4 together with the N atom may form a (substituted) piperazine ring or the like]}.
