Amplification method and sequencing of nucleic acids
2004
A method for sequencing nucleic acids comprising: (a) fragmenting large nucleic acid molecules template to generate a plurality of nucleicosfragmentados acids; (B) providing a population of fragmented nucleic acids easily to a system (array) of at least 10,000 reaction chambers on a planar surface, wherein a plurality of the wells nocomprende more than one particle chain and a single nucleic acid fragmented single chain; (C) amplifying the fragmented nucleic acids in the single chain reaction chambers, where unapluralidad of amplified copies of the nucleic acids are single stranded fragmented inmovilizadossobre particles; and (d) performing a sequencing reaction simultaneously on a plurality of chambers dereaccion comprising amplified copies of the nucleic acids immobilized fragmented cadenasencilla.
