The Experience of the Private Sector in Doing Business and Investing in Eastern Europe and the Black Sea

The role of the private sector in transition and development is changing globally. The private sector is recognized as a more credible partner and driving force for growth through the promotion of public‐private partnerships and consultations. The Business Advisory Council for Southeast Europe (BAC for SEE) and its network of local and international partners actively contribute to development and regional integration in the Balkans. The BAC for SEE model could also serve as a tool of growth for the emerging economies and states of the Black Sea.
