Adaptive Data Flow Processing Method based on ECG Monitoring System CareON

ECG signal monitoring system CareON is used to supplement the extra-clinical heart real-time monitoring, which can monitor the wearer's heart health for a long time and provide the early warning function when the heart is abnormal. CareON uses 4G wireless module for communication and a single lithium battery for power supply. How to ensure real-time and reliable data transmission and take into account the requirements of low power consumption is a major difficulty. For this reason, CareON designs a set of data processing flow: the adaptive data transmission interval can automatically adjust the frequency of data wireless transmission, and solve the problem of power consumption of the equipment. The design of multi-thread and double cache is adopted to avoid the problem of data disorder caused by the mismatch of data acquisition and transmission rate; the network cache and network automatic upload solve the phenomenon of data disorder and loss caused by 4G network.
