TRANSFORMATIONS ULTRASTRUCTURALES DHYBRIDOMES MURINS AU COURS DE LA MORT CELLULAIRE DANS UN MILIEU DE CULTURE SANS SERUM

1995
Electron microscopy of hybridoma cells cultured in serum-free medium shows that the cellular death can follow two modalities. Some cells undergo an apoptosis phenomenon named "programmed" or "physiological" cell death and characterized by a cellular oedema, membrane blebbing, condensation of cytoplasmic organelles and nuclear fragmentation. Other ones, in contrast, necrose themselves by destructuration of their cytoplasma and nucleus and disappearing of the plasma membrane, this necrosis corresponding to the "pathological" cell death
