STUDY ON FERMENTATION OF BACILLUS MUCILAGINOSUS

The media components and cultivation conditions of Bacillus mucilaginosus NS01 were investigated through single-factor and orthogonal tests.The tests show the optimum fermentation medium is consisted of glucose 10 g,(NH 4) 2SO 4 1.5 g,KCl 0.05 g,yeast extract paste 0.1 g.MgSO 4.7H 2O 0.1 g,Na 2HPO 4 0.1 g and CaCO 3 1 g every litre.The incubate condition is:temperature 36 ℃,50mL inventory/250 mL flask and pH7.5.In this condition the value of OD of the bacteria is 164% of the traditional one.
