Control-sample program optimization for AES-2006

Supporting safe 60-year operation of new power-generating units is an objective reason to continue improving control-sample programs. More than 25 years of experience in developing control-sample programs and investigating control samples as well as recent results of an evaluation of the distribution of the properties in large components of a VVER-1000 vessel are positive prerequisites for a successful solution of this problem. The main directions of development of an ideology for control samples of VVER vessels on the basis of one of the last versions of the VVER-1000/320 control-sample programs are presented.
