Scaling and quantum Griffiths singularity in Ce(Ru1−xRhx)2Si2 for x=0.5 and 0.6
2002
Abstract We report the scaling analysis of the susceptibility under an external magnetic field in the non-Fermi liquid region of Ce(Ru 1− x Rh x ) 2 Si 2 for x =0.5 and 0.6, which is located near the quantum critical point with a moderate disorder. The scaling of the susceptibility in the form of χ ( T , H )= T − γ f ( H / T δ ) works successfully for each concentration with different values of exponents, γ and δ . This non-universal scaling for the variance of x may have originated from ‘Quantum Griffiths’ singularity.
