The invention relates to a high-precision real-time positioning device and a method thereof. The technical characteristics are that the device comprises a polygonous receiver array composed of a plurality of single-point receivers; antenna phase centers of the single-point receivers are positioned at summits and center points of the polygonous receiver array; antennas of the single-point receivers are distributed in a same plane; each single-point receiver comprises an MCU and a receiver connected to the MCU; and the MCUs are in parallel connection and together connected to a processor module. According to the invention, the plurality of single-point receivers are arranged in a regular polygon mode to form a receiver array circuit, and can directly utilize and process positioning signals emitted by a signal source so as to substantially raise the positioning precision. The high-precision real-time positioning device has characteristics of reasonable design, high precision, low cost, convenient usage, etc. The device and the method can be widely applied to the general civil field of high-precision real-time positioning navigation.
