Interpolation Method for the Positioning Results of the Snapshot Receiver

This paper describes the interpolation method for satellite navigation positioning results. In order to reduce energy consumption and ensure positioning accuracy of the snapshot receiver, we analyze and compare the accuracy and real time in the interpolation of satellite navigation positioning results through the experimental data, summarize the different interpolation methods and the appropriate order number for different requirements. According to the calculation, the 4-order Hermite interpolation should be selected under the condition of the maximum positioning precision, and the 4-order Lagrange interpolation should be selected if we want to balance the real time and accuracy. The 4-order Lagrange interpolation should be selected under the maximum real time condition, but in this case, if we want to balance the real time and accuracy, the 4-order Hermite interpolation should be selected. This paper is of guiding significance to the improvement of Global Navigation Satellite System snapshot receiver.
