Oxidation of GaP in an Aqueous H 2 O 2 Solution

Anodic (room temp.) and galvanic (106°C) films grown on GaP by oxidation in aqueous H2O2 have been studied, because these films can be used as passivation material in GaP light-emitting devi- -ces.
