Research on Tobacco Leaves of Regeneration Directly and Antibiotic Resistance

NC 89 tobacco leaves were used as material,concentration ratio of IAA and 6-BA in the MSB medium were studied and the inhibitory concentrations of Kanamycin or hygromycin were discussed about direct regeneration leaves.The results showed that the high-frequency direct regeneration at the edge cells of the explant could be taken place in the MSB medium with 0.1-0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L IAA.The inhibitory concentration of kanamycin was 30 mg/L in the direct regeneration of plant leaves,and hygromycin about 30 mg/L.
