Gas field development of mercury-containing wastewater treatment process

2014
The present invention discloses a mercury-containing gas field development wastewater treatment process, comprising (1) Pretreatment; (2) microelectrolysis; (3) the catalytic oxidation; (4) flocculation and sedimentation; (5) anaerobic treatment ; (6) aerobic treatment; (7) secondary sedimentation. Advantageous effects of the present invention is: (1) Removal of inorganic mercury key oil and gas fields by the physical and chemical wastewater treatment, alkyl mercury and other toxic substances, while the degradation of refractory organic substances, create favorable conditions for the biological treatment step. (2) using anaerobic baffled reactor anaerobic reactor, extended aeration activated sludge process gas field wastewater COD removal, the simultaneous removal of trace amounts of mercury, so that treated water reached GB 8978- 1996 integrated wastewater discharge standard of a standard. (3) the first catalytic oxidation process using an alkyl inorganic mercury into mercury. Simple and stable (4) process, the treated effluent standard.
