In Vivo Genotoxicity Assays

The assessment of a genotoxic potential of a drug candidate is typically determined through a series of tests conducted in vitro and in vivo. Genotoxicity assays provide a means to identify potential genotoxic carcinogens relatively early in the drug development process.
