Optical module and network device

Disclosed are an optical module and a network device. The optical module comprises a common end module (31) and two data sub-modules (32). The common end module (31) comprises a multi-carrier optical source (311), a wavelength division multiplexer (312), a wavelength division demultiplexer (313), an external optical interface and two first optical beam splitters (314). Each of the data sub-modules (32) comprises a second optical beam splitter (321), a photoelectric signal modulator (322) and an optical receiver (323). The optical module and a network device can realize a high-capacity optical module with a single optical port, reduce the complexity of optical port management, and save optical fibre resources.
