Characterization of the 70 GHz photodiode via electro-optic sampling technique

We achieve the time-domain pulse waveform measurement of 70 GHz photodiode basing on electro-optic sampling technique, and analyze the frequency-domain characterization of the prepared LiTaO3-based electro-optic modulators with coplanar waveguide structure.
