2004
Objective To investigate the effect of whether applied anti-depressive disorder drugs or the different types of these medicines on the improvement of neurological function and anxiety as well as depressive disorders after cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Ninety patients were divided randomized into three groups, among them,83 cases followed up visit. Seroxat grope were 29 cases. Imipramine grope were 27 cases. Control grope were 27 cases. HAMA, HAMD,CNS and MBI were used to evaluate for all patients on 2weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks. Results The effects of improvement of the anxiety and depressive disorders were similar in seroxat group vs imipramine group. The validity rates were 86.2% and 85.1% ,respectively. These were much higher than the natural remission rate44.4% of control group. The validity rates of recovery on the neurological functions were 89.6%, 70.3% and 55.5% respectively in three groups ( P 0.01 in seroxat group vs control group, P 0.05 in imipramine group vs control group). Conclusions The anti-depressive disorder agents should be given to the patients after cerebrovascular diseases. The therapy effects of both seroxat and imipramine re similar, but the side effects are fewer and the compliance is better in the former medicine. The results indicated that seroxat is the better choice for the improvement of neurological function.[
