HECTIC - A LORAN Grid Computation Program for Irregular Terrain,

Abstract : This report provides documentation for the computer program HECTIC which calculates LORAN time-difference coordinates over rough terrain. Basic equations are given and the various terms are defined. The program system flow is outlined, and a User's Guide describes the input card, database tape, and printed output formats. A complete listing of the program is given. (Author)
