The DOE Advanced Reactor Severe Accident Program (ARSAP): An overview

The US Department of Energy has implemented the Advanced Reactor Severe Accident Program (ARSAP) to assure resolution of severe accident related issues and to support industry efforts to certify standardized advanced light water reactors. This paper provides an overview of the program. 1 ref.
