Graphene oxide integrated on-chip tunable waveguide polarizer

We demonstrate tunable TE pass polarizer in graphene oxide (GO) coated SiO2-HfO2 channel waveguides fabricated by UV-photolithography. The tunability has been achieved by reduction of GO by controlled IR irradiation.
