Review on integrated optical sensors and its applications

A brief overview from some of the most important applications using integrated optical sensors performed in 2016 are presented. According to the sensing techniques the reviewed papers are classified in order to show the main contributions in the detection of the pH, gas, humidity, chemical species, and antigens, as well as biosensors.
