The Asian Financial Crises and the Reform of the Chinese Economic Statutes

he formation and outbreak of the Asian financial crises are closely related to the problems existing in the economic laws and systems of the new and developing Asian market oriented countries. The thesis analyses the origin of the Asian financial crises from the angle of economic laws and systems. Moreover, it reflects on the gains and losses of our country's present economic statutes. The author thinks that allhough our country didn't suffer the direct attack of the financial crises, we must not lower our guard. Instead, we should take precautions and conduct in time necessary, systematic reforms in our present laws of economy so as to carry out further reforms and maintain a long term steady growth of economic goals.
