The use of adult bovine skin fibroblasts eultured at different intervals prior to nuclear transfer

(Die Verwendung von unterschiedlich kultivierten Hautfibroblasten des adulten Rindes fur den Kerntransfer) Summary The results of this study verifies lowered developmental capacity of the bovine nuclear transfer embryos, particularly in couplets reconstructed with the confluent fibroblasts (day-13 of eulture for donor karoplasts) and serum-starved fibroblasts when compared with the ooeyte-activated and the IVF control groups.
