Reused sulfur removal particulate filtering device of EGR system of diesel engine

2015
The invention belongs to the technical field of a purification device in an diesel engine and environmental protection and particularly relates to a reused sulfur removal particulate filtering device of an EGR (exhaust gas re-circulation) system of the diesel engine. The filtering device comprises a particulate filtering chamber, an isolation layer, and a sulfur removal chamber; the particulate filtering chamber comprises a gas inlet end and an installing end A; the sulfur removal chamber comprises a gas outlet end and an installing end B, wherein the installing end A and the installing end B are in an unenclosed structure and fixed on the isolation layer, and the isolation layer is in an dense net-shaped structure; a particulate filtering cartridge is installed in the particulate filtering chamber and a sulfur removal filtering cartridge is installed in the sulfur removal chamber; the gas inlet end is connected with the gas outlet end of an EGR cooler, and the gas outlet end is connected with an EGR valve. The filtering device is used for filtering particulate matters and SO2 in the EGR system of the diesel engine, so that the particulates in waste gas cannot again enter a burning chamber and the particulate matter emission of the diesel engine is reduced; the filtering device can avoid the phenomenon that the quantity of exhaust gas entering into a cylinder cannot be controlled so that the particle emission of the diesel engine is increased when the EGR valve is out of work due to long-term sulfur corrosion.
