The control system comprises a locomotive speed sensor, an actuating controller, a manual control module, an ice condition acquisition module, an information storage module, and an on-board computer. The contact line deicing device comprises a striking module and a moving module. The contact line deicing device and the automatic deicing system adopt the locomotive power supply, and are carried by the locomotive, and are used for deicing during walking, and therefore the working efficiency is improved. The contact line deicing device and the automatic deicing system adopt the striking-type deicing way, and the force application direction is vertical to the contact line, and is parallel to the hanging direction of the contact line, and therefore the lead is not damaged, and the personnel safety and the device safety are guaranteed.
