Interrupt Test in RISC

in this paper we expatiate the definition, content and component of interrupt test, give applicable algorithms of interrupt test program and interrupt service routing by analyzing the interrupt mechanism and the test technology of several RISC system, especially the Sun 4M system. Finally through the example of counter and clock interrupt test we give a particular expatiation of interrupt test mechanism.
