Method for treating masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp resin by using combination of lipase, NaOH and talc powder

2013
The invention relates to a method for treating masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp resin by using the combination of lipase, NaOH and talc powder. The method comprises the following steps of: adding NaOH to the masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp, reacting at 60-140 DEG C to generate water-soluble abietate, washing the pulp to be neutral, adding lipase to the masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp treated by NaOH, reacting at 20-75 DEG C to decompose triglyceride contained in resin in the masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp, and then deactivating the lipase; adding talc powder to the masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp treated by the lipase at 15-70 DEG C so that the talc powder adsorbs resin particles in the masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp treated by the lipase, and washing the pulp by using water to remove the talc powder which adsorbs the resin particles in the masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp treated by the lipase. According to the method, the masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp resin is treated by using the combination of lipase, NaOH and talc powder, so that the resin content can be reduced, the bleachability of the pulp is improved and the resin troubles in the papermaking process are reduced.
